Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. This role offers an excellent

opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to grow within the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements for IT & Non-IT positions.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-8 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT job roles and recruitment techniques.

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and

other recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
