Compensation & Benefits: Administer pay plans, benefits, and ensure fair compensation.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, updating handbooks and procedures.
Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
