Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in manpower hiring, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
