Senior HR Executive

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Interior

Design and Architecture roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience

sourcing, screening, and closing candidates such as Interior Designers, Architects, 3D

Visualizers, and related profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Design and Architecture roles

 Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing

strategies

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

 Screen resumes and portfolios to assess design skills, software expertise (e.g.,

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), and project experience

 Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with design teams

 Evaluate candidate fit based on creativity, technical knowledge, and cultural

alignment

 Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs

 Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes

 Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Interior Design /

Architecture hiring

 Strong understanding of design roles, terminology, and industry trends

 Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
