Job Summary
The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions across multiple locations. The role requires sourcing quality talent, coordinating with business stakeholders, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business heads.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
Manage bulk hiring drives for new store openings and expansion projects.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Build relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with HR Operations for smooth employee onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing strategies and interview techniques.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Certification in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in retail hiring and volume recruitment.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment portals.
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Retail, Mobile Retail, Electronics Retail, FMCG, or Telecom recruitment.
Exposure to hiring Sales Executives, Store Managers, Area Sales Managers, Cluster Managers, HR, Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Corporate support functions.
Experience in handling multiple locations simultaneously.
