Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive to join our team at Harness Cable Connector Private Limited to manage the HR department including full-cycle recruitment process, payroll, statutory compliances, training and development, IATF documentation, handling employee grievances and performance appraisal for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹28,000 - ₹45,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Manage entire payroll and statutory compliances and handle factory audits

• Identify KPIs and KRAs and support in regular, periodic performance appraisal

• Prepare training plan, identify trainers and implement the plan.

• Training, development and welfare activities for the employees

• Handle employee grievances including w.r.t. femaie employees and resolve them

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate in HR and 5 - 7 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases, English, Hindi, Marathi and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Two-wheeler / Four wheeler licence is also required for travelling. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
