Executive Protection Force Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. Because we handle a dynamic and distributed workforce, the ideal candidate must possess deep, hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, and labor laws, ensuring 100% accurate salary processing and timely statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll & Attendance Management: Manage end-to-end processing of monthly payroll, tracking attendance, overtime, and leaves for a multi-site workforce, and preparing error-free payroll sheets.
• PF & ESIC Compliance: Handle monthly ECR generation, online challan filing, KYC updates, registration of new employees, and efficiently resolve employee/field staff grievances on the EPFO and ESIC portals.
• LWF & State Compliance: Manage timely calculation, deduction, and state-specific filing of Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and Professional Tax (PT) across different operating regions.
• Full & Final (F&F) Settlement: Execute the complete employee exit process, including calculating gratuity, leave encashment, and final settlement computations in compliance with labor guidelines.
• Documentation & Audits: Maintain robust, audit-ready compliance registers on-site and digitally. Assist during labor audits, inspections, or while preparing compliance reports for clients and tenders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance (Experience in a manpower outsourcing, security services, or facility management firm is a strong plus).
• Portal Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience navigating government portals (EPFO, ESIC, and State LWF portals).
• Advanced MS Excel: High proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory for handling large-volume employee payroll data.
• Labor Law Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Payment of Wages Act, PF & ESI Acts, and Payment of Gratuity Act.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills required to manage compliance inquiries smoothly.
