The Senior HR Executive is responsible for leading and managing core human resource functions, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.
Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
Support change management and company-wide HR initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee recruitment and selection processes for mid-to-senior level roles
Coordinate manpower planning and succession planning
Ensure employer branding and effective onboarding processes
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
Conduct employee surveys and implement improvement plans
Performance & Talent Management
Manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Support leadership development and career progression planning
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Assist in designing compensation and benefits structures
Ensure fair and competitive salary practices
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Policy, Compliance & HR Operations
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for management
Analyze HR data to support decision-making
Education
Graduate
Experience
6 month –5 years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience handling end-to-end HR operations
Skills
