Job Role: Training and Placement Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Industry Connect and Networking:

   • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various industries, corporations, and recruiters.

2. Placement Strategy:

3. Skill Development and Training:

   • Coordinate certification courses, technical training, and pre-placement activities.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

   • Maintain databases of potential recruiters, placement statistics, and student profiles.

   • Provide regular reports to management on placement performance, trends, and industry engagement.

5. Event Management:

   • Organize on-campus placement drives and coordinate with recruiters for smooth operations.

   • Plan and execute annual placement festivals or events to showcase student talent and attract recruiters.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role or in HR, corporate relations, or a related field with strong industry connections.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of hiring practices, industry trends, and corporate expectations in both engineering and management domains.

• Educational Qualification: MBA, HR, or equivalent background preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet placement targets.

  • Leadership and people management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in campus recruitment or as a placement officer in educational institutions.

• Experience in student counseling and career development.
