1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office roles (designers, admin, accounts, management) and site roles (supervisors, project staff, technicians).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing project requirements and organizational growth.
• Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds with department heads.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and social media channels to source high-quality candidates.
2. Onboarding, Induction & Integration
• Handle complete joining formalities, documentation, and employee file creation.
• Plan and conduct structured induction programs for all new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
• Coordinate ID cards, IT access, workstation allocation, and other onboarding essentials.
3. HR Policies, Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs in line with company standards and statutory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments Act, and other labor laws.
• Regularly audit HR documentation, employee files, statutory registers, and records.
4. Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
• Oversee daily attendance, leave records, overtime calculation, and absenteeism tracking for both office and site teams.
• Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs in coordination with Accounts/Finance.
• Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.
5. Performance Management & Employee Relations
• Assist in planning and executing annual appraisals, probation reviews, and performance evaluation processes.
• Support managers with feedback mechanisms, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
• Promote positive workplace culture, trust-building, and employee wellbeing.
6. Training & Development
• Identify skill gaps across teams and design training plans accordingly.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions for designers, site teams, and administrative staff.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
7. HR Administration & MIS Reporting
• Maintain accurate HR databases, employee records, and HR MIS dashboards.
• Process exit formalities, accept resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage full & final settlements.
• Prepare monthly HR reports for management, including hiring status, attrition, attendance summaries, and project manpower updates.
