Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Manage bulk, lateral, and NAPS/NATS hiring.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment reports and talent pipelines.
Requirements:
3+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing, screening, and client-coordination skills.
Experience with NAPS/NATS hiring.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
