We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive – Permanent Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent positions across various departments. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on experience in closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent hiring (sourcing to onboarding support).
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds.
Negotiate salary, designation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Ensure timely offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Adhere to recruitment timelines and internal HR policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of permanent hiring processes.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
Understanding of HR policies and employment practices.
