Senior HR Executive

URGENT HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE cum IMPLANT (Residential)

Location: Midnapore, West Bengal

Adroit Careers Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Executive to be deployed at a reputed Agro Commodity processing plant located near Debra, Midnapore. This is a critical role serving as the primary link between plant operations and human resources management.

📋 Role Overview

• Role: HR Executive (Male)

• Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in a manufacturing/plant setup is mandatory)

• Salary: Up to ₹18,000 CTC per month

• Local Candidates preferred however if anyone from other location interested we will provide Accommodation near to factory site.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Execute end-to-end processing of plant worker salaries and wages.

• Attendance & Shift Control: Manage daily attendance, shift rotations, and precise tracking of overtime (OT).

• Statutory Compliance: Handle all documentation and worker queries related to PF & ESIC.

• Grievance Handling: Act as the bridge between workers and management to ensure smooth industrial relations.

• On-site Coordination: Oversee daily HR operations directly from the plant floor.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of PF, ESIC, and local labor laws.

• Residential Availability: Must be willing to stay on-site (Residential role) or should stay within the reachable area from the factory to commute daily.

• Language: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi/English is preferred for worker communication.
