Sr Executive-HR Ops Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive Role: Immigration and Visa Stamping for US and Rest of the World Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post - Graduate in any discipline Experience: 4 to 6 Years Shift: Day (General) Job Description: • Hands on experience in managing the Visa stamping process • Detailed understaning on visa processing for North America, Europe, Middle East and APAC countries. • Visa Checklist to be maintained and managed for accuracy above listed regions for all the visa categories • Validation of the visa applications and supporting documents for 100% accuracy • Guide visa applicants on the Consulate / Embassy requirements visa submissions • Co - ordinate with implants, collection / submission of visa applications • Preparation of covering letter / support letter for the visa application. • Maintain visa documents for repository, update inte rnal visa system for MIS and reports Expectations: • Very good communication skills both orally and written with willingness to learn and self - starter • Good knowledge on visa process for USA, EMEA and APAC region is mandatory • Should be able to work on Excel and create reports • Prior experience as visa executive in corporate company • Good team player with ability to collabrate with different teams Experience Level Executive Level
