Senior Analyst - People Operations Compliance

Senior Analyst Role: Senior Analyst – People Operations (Compliance) Business Unit: Capability Hubs (US HR Operations) Location: Bangalore, India Geo Supported: United States Shift Timings: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST) Experience: 3–5 Years Key Responsibilities • Execute day-to-day People Operations compliance activities in line with policies and regulations • Generate, analyze, and maintain compliance-related reports and dashboards • Enter, validate, and update employee and compliance data across HR systems • Monitor employee compliance, identify anomalies, and communicate findings • Act as a point of contact for HR partners, onshore teams, and support functions • Manage and resolve escalated compliance-related queries • Ensure processes are documented and executed within agreed SLAs • Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement • Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks with accurate documentation Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong data handling and reporting skills • Experience working with multiple HR or operational systems • Understanding of HR operations and compliance controls Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience in an operational or contact-center environment • Exposure to international or US-based HR operations • Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Strong organizational and time-management skills Behavioral Competencies • High attention to detail and compliance mindset • Integrity, accountability, and ownership • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Customer-focused with resilience under pressure • Adaptable, self-motivated, and improvement-oriented Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree (BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE, BCA, or equivalent) • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Compliance • Exposure to multinational or professional services environments preferred Experience Level Senior Level
