SAP SuccessFactors Practice Leader and Solution Architect

Director – SAP Success Factors Lead Ø We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead, Practice Leader and Solution Architect to lead global HR transformation projects. Ø Candidate must have more than 18 years of experience in the areas of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors implementations, Employee Central configuration, Payroll, Talent, Performance management, Compensation, Learning management, business process design, and integration with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and third-party systems, with a strong focus on scalability, compliance, and cloud transformation initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP. Ø Play the role of solution architect for global customers requiring implementation of HXM processes through SAP SuccessFactors Ø Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules across global clients. Ø Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes. Ø Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations. Ø Implement and configure SuccessFactors Learning Management. Ø Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications. Ø Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements. Ø Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning. Ø Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation. Ø Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development. Ø Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables. Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives Mandatory technical & functional skills • 18+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 10 years as solution architect and leading implementation teams. • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules, LMS, workflows, and business rules. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service. • Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM. • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models. • Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits. • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement. • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment. Certifications Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors · Solution Architecture & Design Leadership · Lead the design and architecture of SAP Professional Services in Public Cloud to meet the business needs of a regulated, quality-focused service Industry. · Architect process flows that leverage SAP Best Practices for discrete Professional services and Finance · Provide specific guidance around variant configuration for customizable products and ensure smooth integration across various modules of Professional Service processes. · Support decision-making for configuration vs. extensibility, always aiming for minimal deviation from standard. · Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options. · Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP Professional services on Public Cloud solution will support their goals. · Present options and recommendations in fit-to-standard discussions to gain buy-in and reduce friction. · Aligning closely with onshore functional consultants and technical leads to ensure continuity in solution delivery. · Begin laying the groundwork for upcoming test cycles, data migration, and cutover planning by aligning on key milestones. · Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen internal SAP Professional services Public Cloud capability.
