About the Role

Zenticon Private Limited is looking for a motivated and energetic Recruitment Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, primarily for driver recruitment and other blue-collar hiring requirements. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.

• Screen candidates based on client requirements.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

• Follow up regularly until candidates join.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in Google Sheets/CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations team and clients regarding recruitment status.

• Achieve daily recruitment targets and submit daily activity reports.

• Ensure professional communication with all candidates.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or BPO is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.

• Hindi communication will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
