What you will actually do:
1. Take full ownership of strategic tasks and execute projects from start to finish.
2. Build, nurture, and manage high-level professional relationships.
3. Be the face of our values by posting, engaging, and growing a strong presence on LinkedIn.
4. Master new digital tools and strategies rapidly as our business scales.

Must have Requirements:

· Expert Hunter Mindset: Fearless "nothing is impossible" approach to closing deals.

· LinkedIn Networking Mastery: Build authentic professional relationships and naturally position our brand on LinkedIn.

· Smart B2B Client Acquisition: Identify the exact key decision-makers (such as CEOs, HR Heads, and Founders).

· Independent Lead Generation Hustle: Independently hunt for high-quality corporate leads, schedule initial pitches, and secure exclusive or retainer client contracts on your own. Track record in B2B client acquisition, contract negotiation

Core Responsibilities

· Client Acquisition: Research prospects, pitch services virtually, and close executive/retainer recruitment mandates.

· Account Management: Serve as the main digital point of contact for clients, managing their queries and tracking pipeline data.

· Team Coordination: Bridge communication between clients and our internal team via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

· Organic Hiring: Independently source, interview, and onboard interns and core team members as we expand.

· Process Creation: Establish, continuously review, and optimize internal sales and remote operational workflows.

Non Negotiable Requirements

· Remote Setup: Must have a quiet, completely dedicated room for work and a high-speed internet connection.

· Professional Attributes: High level of responsiveness, iron-clad work ethics, high energy, and exceptionally organized.

· Core Competencies: True self-starter, natural problem solver, and highly resourceful.

· Industry Experience: 2–5 years of experience inside a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

· Execution Power: Absolute autonomy to work independently in a remote setup with zero supervision while taking complete operational ownership.

· Proven Capability: Critical thinking, and elite attention to detail.
