US Staffing Recruiter / US IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based clients across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience working with US job portals, and understanding of US work authorization types.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication

• Work on different types of requirements including W2, C2C, and Full-Time

• Understand US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and job offers

• Meet daily and weekly submission targets

• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Experience working with US job portals

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques

• Ability to work in night shift (US timing)

• Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

• Basic understanding of US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field

• 0–3+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

• Experience working with ATS tools is a plus
