Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle and market IT consultants (bench candidates) to vendors and clients in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, submitting, negotiating, and closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
Manage consultant profiles, submissions, and interview coordination
Track submissions, placements, and performance metrics
Ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment
Strong experience in Sales Recruitment & Full Life Cycle Recruiting
Account Management & Client Handling experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with recruiting tools and sales platforms
Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
