Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales positions (Tele Sales, Field Sales, BDEs, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and other innovative channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company fit
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews with hiring managers
Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, oAer-to-join ratio, and interview-to selection ratio Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and drive hiring events in coordination with business teams Maintain and update candidate data and MIS reports regularly
Build a pipeline of potential candidates for urgent and future requirements
Coordinate with onboarding and HRBP teams for smooth post-oAer engagement and joining
Key Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring, preferably for sales roles
Proven ability to handle 10–20 closures/month
Experience working with aggressive hiring targets and timelines
