HR Recruiter – Sales Profile: Job Role
Key responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, and sales background.
Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
Understand sales hiring requirements from managers.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and manage offers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Meet monthly/weekly hiring targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates.
