About the Role
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for open roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking/database
Manage offer roll-out, negotiations, and onboarding formalities
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, join ratio, etc.)
Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
1–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment techniques
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with bulk or niche hiring (if applicable)
Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools
Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
