Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who can drive revenue growth and contribute to our company’s success. This role requires a strong understanding of sales functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales leadership and HR to understand current and future hiring needs.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber sales talent (e.g., Account Executives, SDRs, BDMs, Sales Managers).

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future sales openings.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and report on progress to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive compensation offers and smooth onboarding.

• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.
