About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruitment Manager with 8+ years of experience in recruitment and staffing. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, handling key clients, driving business requirements, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong team leadership, client management, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and business delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and monitor team performance.

• Allocate requirements among recruiters and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity.

• Track recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment expectations.

• Conduct regular client follow-ups and review meetings.

• Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution of issues.

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Recruitment Operations

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

• Review and prioritize open positions based on client requirements.

• Ensure quality profiles are submitted within agreed timelines.

• Monitor interview schedules, feedback, selections, offers, and joining status.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult and high-volume positions.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and client-wise MIS.

Business & Process Management

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and team productivity.

• Work closely with management to achieve recruitment and revenue targets.

• Support new client onboarding and understand their recruitment processes.

• Monitor client-wise performance, pending requirements, closures, and TAT.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing a recruitment team.

• Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Experience handling multiple clients and high-volume requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel.
