Job Title: HR / Recruitment Intern (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (India)

Duration: Contract to Hire -3 Months

Stipend: ₹7,000/month (Increases 2 to 2.5x after 3 months based on performance)

About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated interns to join our team and assist with domestic recruitment. You will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding a wide variety of staff across different roles and industries. If you are organized, a great communicator, and looking to gain hands-on HR experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Actively find and attract diverse candidates using various channels, including cold calling and direct outreach.

• Social Media & Email: Leverage social media platforms and email campaigns to engage potential talent.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assist with the interview process.

• Applicant Tracking & Data Maintenance: Efficiently log candidate progress, maintain accurate recruitment data, and keep pipelines organized.

Requirements: Experience using social media platforms for outreach or networking.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with a good eye for maintaining accurate data and tracking processes.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
