Position: Recruitment executive
Location: Dehradun (Sahastradhara Road)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Job Overview:
ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Fresher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employee hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the complete recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Conduct initial HR discussions with candidates
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities
Eligibility:
Only Freshers can apply
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or any related field
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
