We are looking for a College Partnerships & Recruitment Executive to help us build our college-based growth network in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable colleges in Bengaluru for the Krozix Campus Growth Program.

• Contact and meet college placement/internship/entrepreneurship cells.

• Visit colleges and explain the Krozix Campus Growth Program.

• Build professional relationships with college representatives.

• Obtain permission/cooperation for campus activities where required.

• Recruit and interview suitable Campus Growth Coordinators from colleges.

• Select and onboard the right coordinator for each participating college.

• Train coordinators and explain their targets and responsibilities.

• Help coordinators recruit student ambassadors/field executives.

• Monitor coordinator and student team performance.

• Maintain weekly reports of colleges contacted, coordinators recruited, student teams, business leads and customer activity.

• Identify non-performing coordinators and help replace them when necessary.

• Coordinate with the Krozix founder/management team on growth activities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, campus recruitment, business development, field sales, college relations or a similar role.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable visiting colleges and meeting placement officers/coordinators.

• Confident in conducting interviews and selecting candidates.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic office tools.

• Kannada + English communication is preferred; Hindi is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for college visits.
