Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives 💰

Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Associate to join our recruitment consultancy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- दिए गए candidate data पर recruitment calling करना।
- Candidates को job openings, salary, location और job profile की जानकारी देना।
- Interested candidates को interview के लिए coordinate करना।
- Interview date, time और location share करना।
- Candidates को interview के लिए follow-up और reminder calls करना।
- Daily calling और interview line-up maintain करना।
- Recruiters/HR team के साथ candidate coordination करना।
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of recruitment/calling experience required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication required.
- Basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred.
