Position: Recruitment Intern
Stipend: ₹9,000 per month
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (or 6 Days, if applicable)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Eligibility
Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA (HR preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
