Job Title: Vendor Associate

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Location: [Mohali]

Reporting To: Manager – Talent Acquisition / Senior Sales Leadership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Associate to support our talent acquisition efforts by effectively coordinating with external vendors and internal sales leadership. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from requirement gathering and vendor coordination to onboarding and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should possess good sales skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven approach to hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and internal senior sales teams to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner.

Assist in the hiring process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Review and shortlist candidate profiles shared by vendors; facilitate final interviews with the sales team.

Maintain and update hiring trackers and reports on a regular basis to ensure accurate visibility of recruitment status.

Ensure smooth onboarding and joining processes for selected candidates.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets within deadlines.

Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset to handle pressure and hiring challenges effectively.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or vendor management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and hiring targets.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
