Assess skills, experience, salary expectations
3. Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with both sides for feedback
Ensure smooth hiring process
4. Client Understanding
Understand job descriptions shared by clients
Clarify requirements like skills, experience, budget
5. Candidate Management
Maintain candidate database
Build relationships with candidates for future roles
6. Offer & Closure
Help in salary negotiation
Ensure candidate joins successfully
Handle offer rollout coordination

Basic understanding of different industries (depending on company focus)
