About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented Junior Recruitment Executive to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various industries. This role is ideal for fresh HR graduates or individuals looking to build a successful career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Assist senior recruiters in fulfilling client hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
