Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and face-to-face)
Maintain candidate pipeline and daily hiring trackers
Achieve monthly hiring targets and closures
Follow up with candidates until joining and post-joining
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
Coordinate with clients for feedback and interview status
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening abilities
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is an advantage
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar or volume hiring is a plus
