We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate for their resolution.
- Conduct employee onboarding and explain company policies and procedures.
