Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

• Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social platforms

• Source candidates through databases, networking, and headhunting

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases

• Conduct reference checks and background verification

• Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms

• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations

• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
