Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple roles and hiring across different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings across multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field (HR specialization preferred).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
