Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding selected employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment process

• Understand hiring requirements from different departments

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates during the selection process

• Negotiate salary and finalize offers

• Manage offer letter rollout and onboarding process

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0.6-1 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring

• Strong understanding of recruitment process and hiring strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

• Experience using job portals and recruitment tools
