We are hiring Recruiters to support bulk hiring for Paytm Field Sales Executives across assigned locations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate joining.

This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who are confident in recruitment, communication, and target-based work

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks

Screen candidates as per eligibility criteria

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Ensure candidate documentation and joining completion

Maintain daily hiring reports and updates

Meet assigned hiring targets

Compensation:

500 per successful joining (Incentive-based)

No fixed salary (pure performance-based)

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male & Female

Age: 18 years and above

Qualification: Graduate

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process preferred

Skills Required:

Candidate sourcing & screening

Communication & follow-ups

Target-oriented approach

Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (preferred)

Location:

Work from home

The candidates must own a laptop and smartphone.
