Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and prepare recruitment reports.
Handle bulk hiring, technical hiring, and niche roles as required.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Ensure a smooth joining process for selected candidates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Good understanding of recruitment methods and selection processes.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Basic HR knowledge (offer letter, salary breakup, onboarding).
MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can also apply depending on company needs).
