We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates across various skill sets. The ideal candidate will have strong research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to identify talent aligned with required skillsets.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Share market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
Build, maintain, and manage a robust talent pipeline and candidate database for current and future requirements.
Experience: 3–5 years of talent sourcing experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and research skills.
Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
