Job Title: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter for Urjaa Recruitment Consultancy. This role involves handling the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple job roles
Call and screen candidates for job opportunities (No sales)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
Follow up with candidates until final selection and joining
Maintain candidate database in Excel/CRM
Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates

Requirements:

Graduate in any field
0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good communication can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:

Experience in recruitment consultancy or BPO hiring
Knowledge of IT / Non-IT hiring
Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
