Job Role: IT Recruiter
Location: Jhala Chambers, Floor No. 02 & 03, Camp, Pune 411001 Landmark- near Tryluck

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates

• Screening resumes and evaluating technical fit

• Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication

• Offer negotiation and joining formalities

• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment

• Bachelors degree in HR/IT or related field (preferred)

• Experience in staffing firms is an added advantage

• Immediate joiner or 15 days Notice Period

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable (based on performance & last drawn salary)

• Laptop provided
