Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for non-technical roles across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities.
Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Required Skills
Good understanding of Non-IT hiring processes.
Experience in bulk hiring or volume hiring is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Hindi communication skills preferred.
