Job Description

Trakshay Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Job Recruiters for Gurgaon. We work on the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model, providing third-party hiring solutions for leading grocery and quick-commerce companies such as Amazon Now, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

As a Recruiter, you will be assigned specific stations/locations where you will be responsible for hiring Picker & Packer candidates according to client manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit Picker & Packer candidates for assigned locations.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field hiring.

• Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination.

• Ensure candidate joining and onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports.

• Achieve hiring targets within timelines.

• Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower planning.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic recruitment knowledge.

• Target-oriented approach.

• Experience in recruitment, HR, telecalling, or field hiring is preferred.

• Familiarity with Gurgaon and NCR locations is an advantage.
