Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift (EST/PST as per business need)
Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Bench Sales
We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants across the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor relations, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to place consultants on C2C/W2 requirements.
Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US.
Work on C2C/W2 requirements and achieve placements for consultants.
Maintain and update consultant profiles, skill matrix, and availability.
Submit consultants to open requirements and follow up for interview/closure.
Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors/clients.
Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end submission process.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and build new vendor connections.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements on a daily basis.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for submissions.
Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales and vendor management.
Excellent knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Familiarity with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in US time zones.
