Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from clients or internal stakeholders
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience
