Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive with
experience in bulk/mass hiring for blue-collar workforce and entry-level positions.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including
sourcing, screening, field hiring, campus drives, and coordination with clients and
internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage bulk and mass hiring requirements for various client projects
• Source candidates for entry-level positions including 12th Pass, ITI, and
Diploma profiles
• Conduct field recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews
• Coordinate with ITI colleges, vocational institutes, and skill development
centres for campus hiring initiatives
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates as per client requirements
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely
closures
• Utilize job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels for
sourcing candidates
Required Skills & Competencies
• Experience in mass hiring and field recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of job portals and local sourcing channels
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Experience in campus hiring and networking with ITI colleges/training
institutes will be preferred
