We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top IT talent.
Total Experience: 1 to 3 years
Relevant Experience: IT/Technical Recruitment - 1+ years (Mandatory)
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings
Stakeholder Management:
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and technical leads
Coordinate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer rollout
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels
Conduct salary negotiations and close candidates effectively
Database & Documentation:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Provide timely feedback and maintain professional communication
Technical Recruitment Knowledge:
Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Science, etc.)
Ability to read and understand technical job descriptions
Familiarity with IT skill sets, certifications, and experience levels
Sourcing Expertise:
Proficiency in Boolean search and advanced search techniques
Experience with job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed
Knowledge of passive candidate sourcing strategies
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Tools & Platforms:
Job portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster
ATS/HRMS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions

Team player with problem-solving abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment trends
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
MBA in HR is a plus
