Roles and Responsibilities:
🔹 Own the End-to-End Recruitment Cycle
Manage the full hiring process—from understanding requirements to successful onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.
🔹 Strategic Talent Sourcing
Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks to identify, engage, and build a strong pipeline of top IT talent.
🔹 Candidate Assessment & Screening
Conduct detailed initial screenings to evaluate technical understanding, communication skills, and overall role fit before presenting to clients.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
🔹 Interview Coordination & Offer Closure
Drive interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, salary negotiations, and ensure smooth offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
